What to bring to practices: Baseball glove, baseball helmet, baseball bat, water bottle. League provides helmets for each team and bats are often shared between teammates. For a new player, the items you need to bring are your glove and water.
What to wear: Athletic clothing (baseball pants if possible), cleats or athletic shoes, baseball cap.
